We issue refunds for traffic that has not been delivered. In order to request a campaign refund, please pause the campaign you want to refund and create a ticket in where you provide us with the campaign #ID. We will refund the unspent funds back to your account as soon as possible. Normally your request will be processed within a few hours maximum but please allow up to 48 hours, at least in case of weekends and/or holidays.
We will also issue refunds for account funds that have not been spent. In order to request a refund, please request a withdrawal from the same payment method which you loaded funds from. Normally your request will be processed within a few hours maximum but please allow up to 5 business days in case of holidays and/or if we need to fund any of our payment methods first.
Refunds are done as a PayPal payment reversal in most cases or a partial payment refund depending on how much of your active traffic campaign is still unused at the time of the refund request.
