The Nodes operate under specific contractual licensure and guidelines controlled by TrafficCentral LLC in order to ensure the highest quality advertising available on the Internet. This particular policy is, without question or doubt, the imperial restriction on all entities involved with or impacting the TrafficCentral Network. All Node owners and others supporting the policies of TrafficCentral LLC work diligently to ensure that no AutoSurf activity permeates any of the Nodes directly or indirectly. In addition the Nodes within the network have a legal obligation to monitor subordinate nodes and share traffic with TrafficCentral corporate monitoring systems, thereby providing the quality controls needed. In addition, a side benefit is the ability of TrafficCentral, and some of the higher level nodes, to filter, mix, and deliver/direct, the highest quality traffic in the World to any Node requiring TrafficCentral support, special category traffic, improved volumes during development phases, or to any specially designated Customer. We described AutoSurf first because this is how strongly TrafficCentral LLC and others participating within the TrafficCentral Network feel about educating the public and properly controlling AutoSurf related activity so it does not impact our advertisers' accounts in anyway and in particular to not allow AutoSurf to negatively impact our advertisers' budgets. |
| How does this service Generate Traffic for your website? | This service is based on a design by the technology provider that supports the generation of saleable traffic through the use of special technologies that provide a surplus of traffic through programs such as search engine exchange site views, MoodSmart™ context sensitive in-line ads, manual surfing through NavCaster™ and HumanPump™ programs and others, generally speaking through NavScreen™ enabled pages, our own advertising, GeneriBot™ Doorway/Rotator pages, BonusBank™ series support programs. This system is not a stand alone system like many search engines or traffic exchanges. We interconnect with the most organized search exchange and traffic network in the world, organized by TrafficCentral LLC of FL, USA. The global network and these programs all combine to support the current customer base and provides a certain amount of our visitor inventory for saleable traffic. In some cases, our search exchange, referred to in network terms as a Node, receives traffic from other Nodes or systems, filters it through special software called a mixer which allows us to analyze the quality as well as control or reject the categories the traffic is targeted for, and redirects the requests to the service in our exchange engines where one of our Participant websites is then viewed by the requestor. |
| How long will it take to get my visitors that I order ? | At all TrafficCentral Nodes the emphasis is on quality first, and volume is a secondary consideration. The reasons for this are primarily and foremost that we do not ever fabricate traffic to increase volumes, and believe that it is better to evolve the volume of traffic based only on quality traffic availability. This sometimes takes the greatest amount of patience but our reputation for quality and sales conversion ratios will be clearly understood by those who experience an overall order cycle delivered from any TrafficCentral Node. The Internet is plagued severely with AutoSurf problems that simply steal your money in most cases. Our system is built on new technology, new legal guidelines, and mostly a new philosophy which eliminates AutoSurf from the TrafficCentral Network of Nodes, bringing a serious reality check to the nature of the problems the Internet community has been faced with. We are the solution for proper and ethical traffic on the modern Internet. | What is a Unique Visitor? | Our system uses two metrics for determining what is a unique visitor. The first metric is a visitor from a unique IP address that views a Participants website at a maximum of debit to ad accounts of one credit per unique IP address per hour. This provides a varied percentage of uniqueness over a 24 hour period, but is generally in the 85% to 95% unique range depending on various characteristics, and these estimated rates may vary substantially. The second metric is a 24 hour range for unique ip address related to a particular Internet URL coming into the TrafficCentral Network. We filter incoming traffic extremely vigorously for AutoSurf and falsehood as there is a known serious problem existing on the Internet today. In the rare circumstance that we do allow any external traffic, or even traffic from Internet Nodes to inject traffic requests into another Node, the restrictions are significant and more scrutinized than traffic being generated internally by any Node. We can be confident in the quality of the internal traffic because we control it and know 100% that the quality is exceptional therefore we can allow a real visitor the opportunity to review the same site a few times in a 24 hours period. This helps build brand for the site, increasing retention for the visitor, which may later lead to enhanced closings or improved sales. Our system has been shown to date to have a higher sales conversion ratio than any other system that we know of. Because we know the source and the quality of the traffic, we have been able to make appropriate technical and policy decisions. We do not have to do what the rest of the Internet does because we know already that we are significantly better in quality and impact, as we suggest you will discover over time. With this said, we clearly reserve the right to and plan to perpetually adjust the algorithms and specific constraints in our system(s) with the intention to improve sales conversion and closing ratios for our Customers, as quality and your return on advertising investment are our primary concern. |
| What is your Guarantee? | We offer a prorated refund* of monies received on a per order basis, if there are any problems reported to us within the first 30 days following the sale. Refunds may be held for up to 90 days in some cases to ensure fraudulent or other illicit forms of funds were not used to make the purchase. We will credit back through whatever payment mechanism was used to complete the order and payment, in general. Refunds being sent to other countries will be heavily scrutinized to support the US Patriot Act and the Embargoed Nations/Specially Designated Nationals requirements and may be denied solely based on concern for activity being curtailed by these US Government Regulations. Customers requesting refunds without a legitimate reason, for which they can provide substantiation and/or documentation, for the request, are permanently denied Membership and Participation rights in, denied the right to purchase from or use, any and all Products or services of any and all Nodes that are actively participating in the TrafficCentral Network. How do I improve my position in the search engine or priority level in the exchange ? |
There are two ways in our system to improve visitor traffic to your website. Generally, they are to participate by publishing, or pay for advertising enhancement. By participating by publishing in our advertising network, you can improve your sites position and presentation frequency. We will adjust an internal priority settings which will cause some of out internal algorithms to select your site over others of a lower priority. Participation is optional and purchase of our advertising is inexpensive compared to other services. To purchase enhanced advertising for your site, simply go to the Customer Back Office / members area and look for the reseller section. You will be able to purchase directly through any reseller. |
What are FlexTech™ Zones? |
FlexTech™ Zones refer to the controls found in the Customer's Back Office that allows customers to choose targeting zones, traffic categories, and ad display modes used for their website(s) on a per website URL basis. The Customer can determine the ad delivery method and may select from any current form of NavScreen™ ad delivery technology. |
| What is a Doorway page or Gateway page? | A page designed as an entranceway to a website. The most common doorway is a homepage, but a doorway page can be a useful alternative entrance that appeals to a specific target audience. An example is to use a doorway as the page people go to after clicking a Banner ad, that addresses their specific concerns more accurately than the homepage would. A doorway page may also be submitted to search engines to encourage multiple routes into a website that suit different interests. |

| What is the difference between becoming an Affiliate and becoming a Reseller? | Affiliate relationships are FREE. Affiliates may only use the approved affiliate marketing materials in the affiliate area for marketing. Resellers pay an annual fee for being listed in our central directory, which is a great benefit for sales referrals. | Where do I find the Banner Exchange Code to add to my site? | There is a little hidden magic in the system. If the Banner URL in your Customer Back Office is blank or simply set to 'http://' then the window does not display with the Banner Exchange Code. To obtain the Banner Exchange Code, enter the URL for the location of the Banner you wish to use (this must be located on a site that you have valid access to and have the right to link to) and press Save. The Banner code window will then appear and you can cut and paste the Banner code into your website pages. You may wish to review the Priority Levels to see how adding the Banner Exchange Code can improve traffic volume to your site. |
What is Visitor Multiplier Code™ |
This code or scripting may improve the number of real visitors that see your website and extend your advertising dollar. It is a great advertising method to employ to ensure your site is seen on the Internet! This code has had several names over the course of the development of the system and this technology. It has been called "Pop & Expand™", "NavScreen™ Activation code", "NavScreen™FX™ Activation code", "NavFX™ Activation code", and others. Because it is New technology, and Unstoppable in nature, we tried hard to determine a proper name for the public and one that makes sense. To generalize it and better describe its purpose, the name "Visitor Multiplier Code™" has been adopted because when inserted into a website's page(s), your websites' queue priority will be raised and more visitors will see the website thereby multiplying the number of visitors by a certain factor. The TrafficCentral Visitor Multiplier Code™ can be found in the Customer's Back Office and is available for each website in the customer's account. To access the code, a customer logs into his/her account, and clicks on the link / name of the website. At that time, the profile of that customer's website will appear and a window immediately below in white with some scripting in it will be shown. This scripting (in javascript) is the Visitor Multiplier Code™, and potentially there will be another window below that for the Banner Exchange Code. Follow the instructions below for inserting this code into your website.You can test your site to ensure that it is producing ads and obtaining more traffic by using the Log Viewer and Visitor Multiplier Code™ Integration Test Facility link found in the detail area for each site in the Customer's Back Office. To do this, you must log into the Customer Back Office. Click on one of your site names. This takes you to the Edit Your Site area. At the bottom of the page, you will see a link entitled "Click here for Activity Log Viewer and the Visitor Multiplier Code™ Integration Test Facility". This facility allows you to clear the logs from the database relative to your site so that you can launch another ad and see the NavScreen™ code work. You must clear the logs as well as clear your browser's cookies between attempts as the system only will allow one ad per site per IP address per hour. Between each attempt, always remember that the browser cookies must be deleted. See the notes in the Log Viewer facility for more details. This is not as complicated as it seems. You will see that by adding the Visitor Multiplier Code™ to as many of your web pages as possible, you will not only increase your website traffic but you can increase your TrafficCentral Priority Level as well. You can clear the log anytime. This tool is intended for publishers and website owners that are inserting code snippets into their site that come from some of our NavScreen based ad generation mechanisms. These would include MultiVision™ and our Visitor Multiplier Code™ programs, and possibly others coming. The facility is where you can go to test your site to make sure that it is splitting the screen appropriately and producing ads. | What is an AutoSurf? | All Participants in the TrafficCentral network agree that any websites or web pages on which they place any version of a Visitor Multiplier Code™ or TrafficCentral Banner Exchange Code thereby interacting with any portion of a TrafficCentral Enabled network, will not in any way, shape, or form include any interaction with AutoSurfs. Participants include any non-paying Members, Purchasers, Affiliates, Resellers, or Node Owners whose websites or web pages include any version of a Visitor Multiplier Code™ or TrafficCentral Banner Exchange Code.
